Inspections anywhere in Kenya
Every valuation includes an inspection of the property by a valuer. Wherever the property is, we agree the inspection date when we confirm the scope. Travel outside our local area is charged as a disbursement, as the fee rules allow.
Inspections and client consultations are available by prior arrangement, including outside regular office hours where needed.
