Ardhi Point Valuers Limited is a professional real estate consultancy providing property valuation, estate agency, property management and advisory services in Kenya.
Who we are
Our team brings together technical expertise, market insight and a practical understanding of property and asset markets.
Our directors have a combined experience of over 15 years in the real estate industry and have undertaken diverse valuation and property consultancy assignments since 2019 for leading institutions and private clients, covering a broad range of property types and valuation purposes.
We are committed to delivering objective, evidence-based advice and tailored property solutions that help our clients make informed decisions, manage risk and maximise the value of their real estate investments.
At Ardhi Point, we combine professional rigour with a client-focused approach, guided by integrity, reliability and a commitment to excellence throughout the property lifecycle.
Standards, ethics and quality
- Valuations are prepared in accordance with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), the global, principles-based standards issued by the International Valuation Standards Council.
- Before accepting an instruction we check for conflicts of interest.
- Every report states its purpose, basis of value, approach, measurement standard, assumptions and limitations.
- Fees follow the statutory scales for valuers and estate agents. Our professional fees.
- Client information is kept confidential and handled under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
Registrations
Registered valuers, full members of the ISK
Both directors of Ardhi Point Valuers Limited are registered by the Valuers Registration Board under the Valuers Act (Cap. 532) and are full members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. Every valuation report is signed by a registered valuer, named in the report.

Based in Ruiru, working across Kenya
Our office is at Greenspot Towers, Eastern Bypass, Ruiru, Kiambu County. We take instructions in all 47 counties.
