These terms apply to your use of ardhipoint.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern valuation instructions. Each instruction is governed by the engagement letter we agree with the client for that instruction.
Who we are
The site is operated by Ardhi Point Valuers Limited, of Greenspot Towers, Eastern Bypass, Ruiru, Kiambu County, Kenya.
Information on the site
Information on the site is general. It is not a valuation of any property and is not professional advice for your circumstances.
No one may rely on it in place of a valuation report addressed to them.
Fee information on the site summarises the statutory scale of fees for valuers. It is not an offer. The fee for an instruction is charged by the scale and confirmed in writing for that instruction.
Requests and quotations
Submitting a valuation request or an enquiry does not create an instruction. An instruction exists only once we have confirmed the scope of work and the fee with you in writing.
You must have the right to share any information and documents you send us.
Acceptable use
When using the site you must not:
- submit or upload unlawful, misleading or offensive content;
- upload malware or any file designed to harm the site or our systems;
- scrape, crawl or copy the site in a way that harms it or places an unreasonable load on it;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our API or the data behind them.
Intellectual property
The content of the site and the Ardhi Point name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, publish or use them for any other purpose without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, such as public registries and regulators. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on the site, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Kenya. Our liability for a valuation is set by the engagement letter for that instruction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. The version on the site when you use it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
